Susan K. Morath, J.D.

Ms. Morath has 28 years of experience as a licensed practicing attorney in the State of Colorado, U.S.A.   In 2010 she also qualified to practice law in England and Wales as a solicitor.  Ms. Morath specializes in domestic, international and expatriate private client services, including estate planning, wills and trusts, advanced medical directives, "living wills", powers of attorney, marital agreements, and probate. She also has extensive experience in property law, and small business for-profit and charitable start ups and management, including LLC and S Corp formation, and the obtaining of tax-exempt status.

​ Ms. Morath is a graduate of Boston College, Magna Cum Laude, and the University of Denver College of Law, Order of St. Ives. She also studied law at the University of Exeter, Exeter, England. 

Prior to establishing her own firm Ms. Morath was an attorney at the law firm of Davis, Graham & Stubbs, and the National Wildlife Federation.  She is also a former adjunct professor at the University of Colorado School of Law at Boulder.

Special Counsel

Christina Fiflis, J.D. is special counsel to the firm. Ms. Fiflis is a Colorado licensed attorney, and also admitted to the federal courts. She specializes in a wide range of immigration matters, from the simple to the complex. She is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Law, and is also a former adjunct professor of immigration law at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
